Using the portal
This portal helps you find and sign up for MADA volunteer opportunities. By creating an account you agree to provide accurate information and to use the portal only for coordinating your volunteering.
Your commitment
When you book a shift, others are counting on you. Please cancel as early as you can if your plans change so a coordinator can fill the spot. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book.
Conduct
Treat fellow volunteers, coordinators and the people we serve with respect and care. Follow safety instructions on site. MADA may suspend accounts that put others at risk.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private. You can edit your information or request deletion from your profile at any time.
